Pint Night: Easton Commons Applebee's hosts Rubber Soul Brewing

Rubber Soul Brewing Company is taking over two taps at the Easton Commons Applebee’s on Feb 11th with their Paceline Session IPA and their High Wheel IPA. The area’s newest brewer is also giving away a free Rubber Soul pint glass with the purchase of either beer (while supplies last). PACELINE SESSION IPA – 50 IBU, 4.3% abv We give “catching a draft” a whole new meaning with this citrusy session swiller. Like a smooth moving line of riders this session IPA sets the pace to get you where you’re going. HIGH WHEEL IPA – 60 IBU, 6.5% abv Two-row, Cara Amber and Cara Foam round out this earthy IPA. But the Centennial hops really put this floral brew over the top with flavor. Like the famous Penny Farthing and other high wheel bikes, this beer will turn heads.
