Police Arrest CVS Arson Suspect
The Baltimore Police Department said man who allegedly burned CVS during Baltimore riots is in custody.

The 24-year-old wanted in connection with the burning of the CVS on Pennsylvania Avenue during the April 27 riots has been taken into custody, according to police.
Raymon Carter has been arrested, Baltimore Police said in a statement Wednesday evening.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) released a photograph of the man who allegedly set off an incendiary device at the drug store, hoping to identify him. Several people called in tips, according to WTOP. This week, federal officials said they had obtained a warrant for Carter’s arrest.
