Stress Reduction Workshop with Erica Richardson
Resident Teacher at Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Center
Sat. October 3 @ 10am - 1pm
We experience stress under a variety of situations but there is a common source-our own frustrated desires. We have ideas in our mind about what should or shouldn’t happen, what we can and cannot do, and what we want and do not want to do. So often these ideas are at odds about what is actually happening in our life and there never seems to be enough time to get everything done. As a result our mind becomes tense and uncomfortable. Buddha teaches us many ways to reduce the unpleasant feeling of stress in our daily life.
Cost: $25. $20 for students, seniors 60+, unemployed and if registered by 9/30.
Location: KMC Maryland Temple for World Peace, 900 E. Northern Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21212
