MD MEP in partnership with the SBA and Maryland Department of Commerce, Office of International Investment and Trade, is happy to offer Maryland manufacturers a seminar on export trade finance. If your existing business is currently exporting or looking to export as a way to grow revenues, we encourage you to attend this informative seminar. The session will include information on methods of trade finance, methods of risk mitigation and creative uses of loan proceeds under its export loan guarantee programs. SBA’s export loan guarantee programs can be used to finance a company’s entire export business plan, from making overseas trips to financing equipment and real estate. Signe Pringle, Managing Director of Maryland’s Office of International Investment and Trade, will discuss the opportunity to learn about export assistance programs offered by the Maryland Department of Commerce, including the ExportMD program that offers up to $10,000 in reimbursement for expenses associated with export development initiatives.
This event is free, but space is limited.
