MD 295 Reopens After Flooding Issues
High waters snarled traffic along the Baltimore-Washington Parkway on Thursday.

UPDATE (2:30 p.m.)—All lanes are open on MD 295, the Baltimore Department of Transportation reported at 2:30 p.m.
BALTIMORE, MD – Commuters who take MD 295 to leave the city should seek alternate routes Thursday morning, according to the Baltimore City Department of Transportation.
MD 295 is closed southbound at Waterview Avenue due to flooding; at 12:30 p.m., transportation officials said that northbound MD 295 was open in the area.

Previously, the exit from I-95 south to MD 295 was closed and so were the exits from I-695 to MD 295.
