zTrip Launch Supports Local Charities

To celebrate the launch of its new zTrip smartphone app, Transdev’s Yellow and Checker Cab of Baltimore continues its 100+ year tradition of community involvement by sponsoring numerous charitable events – including this weekend’s Sole of the City 10K and R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center Gala.

To be held in Baltimore this Saturday, April 16 from 9am – noon, Sole of the City will benefit Reading Partners, whose mission is to mobilize communities to provide students with the proven, individualized reading support they need to read at grade level by the fourth grade.

zTrip will also be one of the sponsors of the 2016 R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center Gala, being held this Saturday from 6 p.m. – midnight at the Baltimore Convention Center. The Gala honors the lifesaving work of the teams that comprise Maryland’s elite system of trauma care, with all proceeds directly supporting the work of Shock Trauma.

zTrip will make a donation to Reading Partners for every person who downloads the zTrip app at the 10K, and to Shock Trauma for every person who downloads the zTrip app during the Gala.
