Maryland Democrats Struck Deep at Traditional Values in Same-Sex Marriage Law
Maryland has opened the sanctity of marriage up to individuals who practice relationships that are explicitly morally wrong to many of Maryland's families and constituents.
Maryland Democrats struck deep at traditional values a few weeks ago as Govenor O’Malley signed the legalization of same-sex marriage into law on Thursday, March 1st, 2012. No longer is marriage a sacred bond between one man and one woman in the state of Maryland. Now, Maryland has opened the sanctity of marriage up to individuals who practice relationships that are explicitly morally wrong to many of Maryland’s families and constituents. Because this law effectively diminishes the value of marriage to these constituents, we must work to move the law onto the ballot this fall.
Please join me in petitioning the Maryland General Assembly to move to include the law on the ballot in November by signing on at MDPetitions.com.
