Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the Montgomery Village area.

Kayla Sanchez, age 13, was last seen by family at her Little Pond Place home in the morning hours of Sunday, February 21.

Kayla Sanchez, age 13, was last seen by family at her Little Pond Place home in the morning hours of Sunday, February 21. Sanchez is approximately 5' tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair that she normally wears in a bun. Her nose is pierced. Sanchez was last seen wearing a long black jacket over a gray shirt with “Champion” wr itten on it, black leggings, and purple Crocs. Police and family are concerned for Sanchez’s welfare. At this time, there is no foul play suspected in this missing person case. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kayla Sanchez is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
