Bicyclist Hit By Car in Odenton Seriously Hurt: Officials
A man struck by a car on an Odenton street Saturday is hospitalized with serious injuries, says the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.

ODENTON, MD — A bicyclist was seriously injured early Saturday morning when he was struck by a car in Odenton, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. Emergency crews were called to the area of Annapolis Road and Blue Water Boulevard about 1 a.m. for the accident.
A 58-year-old man was found in the street by emergency responders. The patient told paramedics that he was riding his bike when he was struck from behind by a car.
Authorities say the driver remained at the scene; there was damage to the front of the vehicle and its windshield.

Paramedics took the injured biker to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
