Christmas Eve Sees Several Reports Of Car Break-Ins: Police

On Christmas Eve, Anne Arundel County residents reported several car break-ins. Here's where they happened.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — Anne Arundel County residents reported several car break-ins on Christmas Eve. The tamperings occurred the night before and were concentrated in Severn and Davidsonville.

The Severn thefts happened on Canter Court, Green Meadow Court, Pine Cove Court and Oak Ridge Court, police said. These cars did not have any damage, suggesting they were left unlocked.

In Davidsonville, thieves broke into cars parked in the 1100 block of Meredith Lane, an incident report added. Officers believe these vehicles were also unlocked.

Police do not yet have a suspect. It is unclear whether the incidents are related.
