In addition to the criminal charges, Bulow was charged with 68 traffic violations. Those charges include reckless driving, negligent driving, fleeing and eluding, and multiple other traffic offenses.

Following a bail hearing on the state charges, Bulow was held on a $500,000 bond.

A state trooper attempted to stop Bulow on March 23 after spotting the vehicle following a lookout given by the Anne Arundel County Police.

Officials say Bulow ignored police lights and sirens directing him to stop and led state and county police on a chase. After reportedly ramming a State Police patrol car and the trooper attempting to stop him, Bulow continued to flee until his vehicle was disabled by stop sticks. He then fled on foot and fought with officers as they arrested him.

Inside Bulow’s vehicle, county polic officers said they found 2.24 grams of crack cocaine and $555 in cash.

The state trooper whose vehicle was struck suffered minor injuries. Bulow was treated for minor abrasions on his forehead.

Anne Arundel County Police charged Bulow with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine.
