The Statewide Transportation Alliance to Restore the Trust (S.T.A.R.T.) will hold a rally to in front of the Maryland statehouse to push the legislature to raise more dollars for transportation infrastructure. S.T.A.R.T. is a coalition of more than 90 business groups that supports a recommendation to raise more than $800 million in new money for transportation. It has supported an increase in the gas tax. The rally will be held from 2-4 p.m. at Lawyers Mall in front of the statehouse in Annapolis.
