Four Seasons Among top Relay for Life Fundraisers
The elementary school has continued to be one of the top fundraisers in the area, with more than $5,100 raised for cancer research.

Last month, I reported that Four Seasons Elementary was off to a good start in its fundraising for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.
I am happy to report that the school has kept the momentum going, and remains one of the top fundraisers in all of west Anne Arundel County.
The Four Seasons team, led by team captain Beth Broome, has raised $5,156, placing it tops among all schools in the area. There are 38 members on the team, making it one of the largest as well.

By reaching the $5,000 level, Four Seasons has been given the "gold" fundraiser badge. It has set a goal of $6,000 raised and is already 85 percent there.
The Relay for Life will take place on May 17 at Old Middle Middle School North. Teams will walk around a track for 24 hours and set up booths and tables to help support cancer research.
