Glen Burnie Man Charged In Severn Home Burglary: Police

SEVERN, MD — Anne Arundel County police officers responded to a tripped alarm at a home in the 1200 block of Old Camp Meade Road March 24 at approximately 2:55 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a suspect climbing out of a window on the side of the home.

The suspect, later identified as 26-year-old Ricardo Deandre Carter, was detained while officers searched the resident, but no other suspects were located. Paramedics responded to the call and treated the Glen Burnie man for lacerations to his fingers from breaking a window. Carter was arrested and charged with burglary.
