Hanover Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint

HANOVER, MD – The Anne Arundel County Police Department was notified of a commercial armed robbery at the Shell station located at 1356 Dorsey Rd. in Hanover May 30. Three unknown suspects entered the business, displayed a handgun and announced a robbery. The clerk complied and the suspects fled the area with an undetermined amount of money. The officers who responded to the emergency call searched the area but could not locate the suspects.

A robbery reported in Glen Burnie May 29 shared similarities of a robbery reported in Pasadena May 29, both at gas stations. Each of these incidents involved three men with a handgun, just like the armed robbery in Hanover. The county police department's robbery unit is investigating the Hanover incident.
