Hanover House Fire Displaces Three Adults, Pets
Three residents in the Howard County home escaped the fire, as did two dogs. A cat is still missing.
HANOVER, MD — A fire that broke out on the back deck of a Hanover home quickly spread, eventually displacing three adults and two dogs. A cat remains missing. The fire broke out in the home located in the 6300 block of Hanover Crossing Way at approximately 5:30 a.m.
When Howard County firefighters arrived, the adults and dogs managed to escape. The fire that started on the back deck spread to the home's attic. No one was injured. Firefighters from BWI and Baltimore County assisted in battling the blaze.
