Have You Seen Missing Hanover Teen?

Anne Arundel County Police say Nija Williams may be in Philadelphia. She has been missing since Dec. 21.

HANOVER, MD — Anne Arundel County Police have reiterated their plea for help finding a Hanover teenager missing since Dec. 21.

On Tuesday, the department again posted a photo of Nija Jena Williams, 16, on its Facebook page. The message from police: “Repost! She’s still missing! Please share and let’s get the word out so Nija is home with her family for the holidays.”

Williams left her home on Forest Creek Drive in Hanover on Dec. 21. Her family believes that she may be with a male individual who lives in the Philadelphia area.

While Williams has a cell phone, it is turned off. Anyone who has seen Williams, or knows where she may be, is asked to call police.
