Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-5th District) will spend part of Monday visiting local businesses in Crofton.  Hoyer, who is seeking re-election, will begin his tour at the Crofton Bowling Centre at noon. He plans to stop at several other Crofton businesses and speak with owners and employees. Hoyer is facing three opponents in the general election on Tuesday, including Republican Tony O'Donnell.
