Hyattsville Man Found With Gun Near Hanover Motel: Police

Police said they arrested a Hyattsville man outside a Hanover motel. Officers reported finding a Glock handgun in the car.

HANOVER, MD — Police said they arrested a Hyattsville man on gun charges Saturday in Hanover. Officers identified the suspect as 23-year-old Moses Oluwatimilehin Fagbenjo.

Authorities noted that they were called to the Red Roof Inn, located in the 7300 block of Parkway Drive South, to check on an occupied vehicle around 10 a.m. The Anne Arundel County Police Department added that it executed a probable cause search and found that the suspect was sitting on an unloaded Glock 43x handgun.
