Kids Theater Classes Announced in Piney Orchard

Young people in Piney Orchard can now sign up for theater classes to be held at the community center in September.

There will be three different nine-week sessions, including a “Drama Tots” class for pre-kindergartners, an introductory drama class for kids 5-7, and a musical theater class for children between ages 8 and 11.

Each session will cost $50, and there will be a limit to the number of children allowed in each class.

The sessions will be taught be Rebecca Feibel, a Piney Orchard resident and member of the Colonial Players theatre group in Annapolis.

The first class will be held on Sept. 7.

The schedule of sessions is as follows:

Drama Tots: Wednesdays,10:30-11:15 a.m. 

Intro to Drama: Thursdays, 6 – 6:50 p.m

Musical Theater: Thursdays, 7- 7:50 p.m.
