Landlords To Provide Update on Odenton Shopping Center
The Odenton Town Center Oversight Committee will meet Tuesday.

Landlords for the Odenton Shopping Center will offer an update on new tenants and improvements to the development at the next meeting of the Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee.
According to a draft copy of the agenda for Tuesday's meeting, representatives from Nellis Corp. will seek a recommendation to move forward with architectural changes to the buildings at the center. Nellis has been working to finalizes leases for the former Superfresh and Spunk Fitness sites.

- Berger Square—Developers will update the committee on plans for homes near Berger Street and Annapolis Road in North Odenton.
- Novus Apartments—The committee will review the latest plans for apartments across from the Odenton Volunteer Fire Co. have been referred to as The Aura and The Alta.
- Office Trailer at Hayward Baker—Hayward Baker is seeking approval of an office trailer to allow for extra employees during a one- to two-year period.
The Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee meets Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Western District Police Station at 8273 Telegraph Rd. in Odenton.
