Nellis has been working to finalizes leases for the former Superfresh and Spunk Fitness sites. The town center committee will also review several other projects in Odenton, including: <ul> <li>Berger Square—Developers will update the committee on plans for homes near Berger Street and Annapolis Road in North Odenton.</li> <li>Novus Apartments—The committee will review the latest plans for apartments across from the Odenton Volunteer Fire Co. have been referred to as The Aura and The Alta. </li> <li>Office Trailer at Hayward Baker—Hayward Baker is seeking approval of an office trailer to allow for extra employees during a one- to two-year period.</li> </ul> The Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee meets Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Western District Police Station at 8273 Telegraph Rd. in Odenton.
