Light Agenda for Tuesday's Town Center Meeting
There will be no new projects up for review by the Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee.

It appears the Odenton Town Center Committee will have a short meeting when it holds its August session Tuesday.
A draft agenda of Tuesday's meeting shows no new development projects up for review, marking a change of pace in what has otherwise been a busy summer.
The agenda (attached) shows just two main items. The first allows for one hour for the committee to become more aware of the protocols and timelines set forth in the Odenton Master Plan. Specifically, the committee will go over sections of the plan that outline rules for reviewing projects expeditiously.

The second major item on the agenda is a general update on the status of projects in the town center. Michael Fox of the county Office of Planning and Zoning will update the committee on "where the projects are in the pipeline and what appears to be coming in the pipeline."
The committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Western District Police Station, 8273 Telegraph Rd., Odenton.
