Man Filmed Woman Under Mall Restroom Stall: Police
A man was charged with peeping tom and other offenses for allegedly filming a woman as she used the restroom at Arundel Mills Mall.

HANOVER, MD — A Baltimore man faces a peeping tom charge for allegedly filming a woman under a restroom stall door at Arundel Mills Mall.
The encounter was reported to Anne Arundel County Police about 5:15 p.m. Monday.
The woman told police that while she was using the restroom in the mall, a man entered the women’s restroom, placed his phone under the stall and either began filming or photographing her.

With the description given by the victim, and assistance from mall security, police located the suspect at the McDonald’s at 7053 Arundel Mills Blvd.
Zachary Anthony Campbell, 24, of the 1600 block of Sherwood Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested and charged with peeping tom, private place prurient intent and resisting arrest.
