Witnesses told Anne Arundel County Police that White began riding a wheelie as he entered eastbound Rt. 100 from Arundel Mills Boulevard. White reportedly began to lose control and tried to place his foot down on the roadway. This caused White to lose all control of the motorcycle, and it struck the right-side guardrail.
White was thrown from the motorcycle into the guardrail, police said.
