Fort Meade has implemented a new program designed to speed up traffic through the installation gates.  The Army has asked all installations to use the new Trusted Traveler Progra, which allows anyone with a Department of Defense identification card to vouch for anyone in their vehicle.  According to <a href="http://www.army.mil/article/87331/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Fort Meade's website</a>, the change will offer flexibility to those bringing friends and family onto the installation, and will reduce traffic congestion.
