Odenton Teen Cuts Mom's Boyfriend In Argument: Police
An Odenton teenager was charged as an adult after he reportedly cut his mother's boyfriend with a knife, police say.

ODENTON, MD — An Odenton teenager has been charged as an adult for allegedly slashing his mother's boyfriend with a knife several times, according to Anne Arundel County Police. Justin Jireah Gillin, 17, of the 500 block of Placid Court in Odenton, was arrested Wednesday night after a stabbing.
Police say that Gillin and his mother were arguing when the woman’s boyfriend attempted to intervene. The teenager then cut the boyfriend multiple times with a knife, police say, and ran from the house. He was quickly located by officers and taken into custody without incident.
The victim suffered several lacerations on his upper body and was taken to Shock Trauma for treatment as a precaution.

Gillin was charged as an adult with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and use of a deadly weapon.
