Odenton Teen Hurt in Three-Vehicle Crash: Police
Drivers from Odenton, Glen Burnie and Severna Park were involved in a crash Saturday on Gambrills Road, police say

ODENTON, MD — An Odenton teenager suffered serious injuries after his car was involved in a three-vehicle collision at an Odenton area intersection Saturday afternoon, according to Anne Arundel County Police.
After stopping for a stop sign on Dicus Mill Road, a 2011 Ford Escape driven by Robert Jackson, 18, of Severna Park, started across Gambrills Road. While crossing Gambrills Road, police say Jackson's car was struck by a Chevrolet Impala that was northbound on Gambrills Road.
The impact caused the 2006 Impala, driven by Michael Kosh Jr., 18, of Odenton, to rotate and cross into the southbound lane of Gambrills Road, where it was struck in the passenger side door by a southbound Ford F150 pickup.

Investigators say the primary cause of the crash appears to be Jackson’s failure to yield the right of way when entering an intersection. Alcohol use does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
There is no word on whether charges will be filed.
