Officers Discover Crack Cocaine, Marijuana At Millersville Home

Anne Arundel County police officers investigated complaints of drug activity at a Millersville home and found crack cocaine and marijuana.

MILLERSVILLE, MD --Officers with the Anne Arundel County Police Department's narcotics and special investigations section followed up on complaints about drug activity occurring at a home located in the 500 block of Kenora Drive in Millersville.

Search warrants were issued and executed, and officers discovered the following items in the home:

  • 12.69 grams of suspected crack cocaine (est. street value $1000.00)
  • CDS paraphernalia - digital scale/baggies
  • 19.31 grams of marijuana (est. street value $275.00)
  • $759.00 in U.S. currency

Marcus Matthews, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana +10 grams, possession with intent to distribute (crack cocaine) and possession of paraphernalia. Also arrested was Erica Royster, 25, who also was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana +10 grams, possession with intent to distribute (crack cocaine) and possession of paraphernalia.
