Outside Arundel Mills, Man Beaten By Driver Then Robbed: Police
An unofficial cab driver assaulted a man outside Arundel Mills Mall, police say.

HANOVER, MD — A man took an unofficial cab ride from Baltimore to Arundel Mills Mall Tuesday afternoon. Police said the male driver forced the victim out of the car when they pulled into parking lot 5D, assaulting him in the mall parking lot.
During the assault, a female passenger exited the car and stole cash from the victim's pants pocket, an incident report noted. Officers said the suspects then drove away in their silver Toyota Prius around 2:37 p.m.
The man suffered minor injuries to his right eye, but he refused medical treatment. Officers believe this was a targeted act of violence.
