She and her military family have lived around the world, but now she's putting down roots in Odenton while supporting disaster-focused philanthropy nationwide.
   

• Brenda Sue Turner (theenterprise.net) — Odenton residents may recognize the Maloney family, as Kathy Maloney of Odenton is among the children mourning the passing of her mother, Brenda Sue Turner of Meadows of Dan, Virginia. Brenda, remembered for her love of family, crafts, and "Camp Grandma," will be honored at a graveside memorial service on October 17 in Meadows of Dan.
