Pizza Boli's Driver Ambushed, Robbed in Severn: Police

Three men attacked and robbed a Pizza Boli's delivery driver in Severn, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

SEVERN, MD — A Pizza Boli's driver making a late-night delivery in Severn reported to police that he was ambushed and a suspect demanded his money.

Anne Arundel County Police say the holdup was reported about 11 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Hawk Court in Severn. The adult male delivery driver for Pizza Boli's told officers he was making a delivery pizza there about 10:20 p.m. when someone struck him from behind.

The driver said that after the attack, he heard an unknown male say "give me your money," which the victim did, turning over a small amount of cash. He then saw three males flee the area on foot.

Several officers searched the area, but they were unable to locate the robbery suspects.

The pizza delivery driver was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center for treatment of a minor head injury.
