Pop Mart Holds Grand Opening At Arundel Mills Mall

HANOVER, MD — Pop Mart officially opened its first storefront in Anne Arundel County at Arundel Mills Mall over the weekend.

Pop Mart's grand opening was held Saturday at 9 a.m., with eager fans of the brand given access to exclusive merchandise.

The event included a mix of giveaways and a ribbon-cutting ceremony that took place about 30 minutes after opening to the public.

A Pop Mart spokesperson previously told Patch that officials decided to open the full-scale store after seeing a "strong" customer demand through its Robo Shop vending machine.

Residents can find the new storefront near the mall's TJ Maxx. The Arundel Mills Mall is located at 7000 Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover.

Listed hours for the collectibles store run from 10 a.m to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, the store is open between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The opening marks Pop Mart's third retail store in the state. Storefronts can also be found at Towson Town Center and the Mall in Columbia.
