UPDATE: Suspect Photo Released in Severn 7-Eleven Store Robbery

A man who suggested he had a gun robbed a 7-Eleven store in Severn on Tuesday night, say Anne Arundel County Police.

(Updated at 3:10 p.m.) SEVERN, MD — Authorities have released security camera images of a man who suggested he had a gun when he robbed a 7-Eleven store in Severn on Tuesday. Anne Arundel County Police were called just before midnight to the 7-Eleven store at 500 Donaldson Ave. for a robbery report.

On Wednesday afternoon police said they believe the same suspect robbed Michaels crafts store at Arundel Mills Mall, the Dunkin Donuts at 1348 Ashton Road in Hanover, and the 7-Eleven at 500 Donaldson Avenue in Severn.

Clerks told police officers that a man entered the business, implied he had a weapon and demanded money. Once the clerks handed over cash from the register, the suspect fled the store on foot.

No injuries were reported and no weapon was shown during the incident.

While officers searched the area with help from the police canine unit and helicopter, the suspect was not located.

The suspect was described as a white man wearing dark clothing.
