Severn Convenience Store Robber Carried Knife: Police

SEVERN, MD — A Severn convenience store clerk was robbed at knifepoint Tuesday night, say Anne Arundel County Police.

The robbery was reported about 11:20 p.m. at the Shell/Dash In, 7845 Quarterfield Road in Severn.

The clerk told officers a man entered the business carrying a knife. The suspect took cigarettes, vitamin supplements, and an undetermined amount of cash, then fled on foot.

Multiple police units, including canine, searched the area but didn’t find the robbery suspect.

Police described the suspect as a black man, between 30 and 35 years old, 5’10”, 150 pounds, with a medium complexion, and wearing dark clothing.
