Severn Man Charged With 9 Counts Possession Of Child Pornography

SEVERN, MD — A 52-year-old Severn man has been arrested and charged with nine counts of possession of child pornography. Brian Frisby of the 1800 block of Watch House Circle South was arrested without incident Feb. 4.

On July 24, 2019, the Anne Arundel County Child Abuse Unit launched an investigation into Frisby's activities after receiving a report about child pornographic images being uploaded to a particular internet site. The information was provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Detectives executed a search warrant Oct. 2 at Frisby's Severn home and confiscated numerous digital devices to be analyzed. Frisby was present and interviewed by officers.
