Anne Arundel County police officers arrived at the home July 30 at 2:30 a.m. and found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the head. Two other men were in the home but were not injured. Officers arrested 22-year-old River Locksley Jefferson, who lives in the 1900 block of Hatboro Court in Severn, and charged him with three counts of attempted first degree murder, three counts of first degree assault and handgun-related offenses.
