SEVERN, MD — Anne Arundel County police officers on patrol Feb. 3 in the Stillmeadows Community near Jacobs Road and Stillmeadows Road saw a man who was wanted on an open warrant. Officers arrested 27-year-old Brian Anthony Cobb II of Severn without incident.After searching Cobb, officers found a Walther .22 caliber handgun and a loaded magazine. Cobb is prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was charged with illegal possession of ammunition and illegal possession of a registered firearm.
