Shots Fired At Woman Outside Severn Restaurant: Police
A suspect shot at a woman sitting in her vehicle outside a Severn eatery, police said. The gunfire hit her vehicle, and the suspect fled.
SEVERN, MD — A female fired shots at a woman in a vehicle outside a Severn restaurant, county police announced Thursday. Nobody was hurt, but officers said multiple projectiles hit the victim's vehicle.
Authorities said the shooting happened Wednesday around 1:45 p.m. outside Taste of the Island & Soul Food, a Caribbean eatery located at 1155 Reece Road. The victim was sitting in her own vehicle with another adult during the encounter.
The unknown suspect fled, police said. Officers searched the area, but they could not find the suspect.

Authorities said they spotted several spent shell casings on the ground outside the business. Detectives are still investigating.
