'Sinkhole' Repair on Route 100 to Mean Commute Delays
Police are asking drivers to find another route home Thursday, if possible, and to expect delays because of roadwork.

HANOVER, MD — The evening commute is going to be tricky, warn police, with a lane of eastbound Route 100 closed for a sinkhole repair.
Anne Arundel County Police shared the warning from state highway officials that Rt. 100 at Coca Cola Drive in Hanover will be closed for at least 24 hours for the repair.
State Highway Administration crews are on the scene working to fix the problem, caused by a pipe failure under the highway.
