Stolen Handgun Seized in Odenton Traffic Stop: Police

An Odenton man was charged with firearms violations for allegedly having a loaded, stolen gun in his car, police say.

An Odenton traffic stop by Anne Arundel County Police led to the seizure of a handgun reported stolen in Colorado, authorities say.

Officers who checked an occupied vehicle in the 2200 block of Conquest Way Monday afternoon reportedly found a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun in the occupants’ pocket. The gun was stolen from Colorado.

Nathan Antoine Ford, 22, of Odenton was charged with illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, possession of stolen firearm, handgun in vehicle, and handgun on person.
