
Hey I’m Sarah and I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. My training focuses on quality of movement and proper technique, which produces the best results. I specialize in suspension and calisthenics training. Suspension training harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. Callisthenic training is a strength training technique that uses your own body weight for resistance rather than pieces of equipment. (Example push-ups, squats) I offer one hour and thirty minute sessions. The one-hour sessions include warm-up, stretching, forty-minute workout, cool-down, and stretching. The thirty-minute workout only includes the workout. I recommend the one-hour session to beginners so they get into a routine with stretching and working out. To see the best results and minimum of two-three sessions per week for whichever package you choose. I offer single, three sessions, twelve sessions, and six-month packages.
