Teen Hospitalized After Severn Shooting, Police Seek Tips: Officers
A 16-year-old was hospitalized after an apparent shooting in Severn, officers said. Detectives asked for help finding the suspect.

SEVERN, MD — Police announced that a 16-year-old sustained an apparent gunshot wound on Dec. 13 in Severn. Medics took him to an unnamed hospital. Officials expect him to survive.
The shooting happened around 9:45 p.m in the 8200 block of Parham Court, officers said. Witnesses told authorities they saw two or three people flee from the back of the home after hearing gunshots. Police found damage to the residence that was likely from the bullets.
The victim could not give any details on the suspect. The Anne Arundel County Police Department is still looking for the shooter.
