Teen Robbers Steal Boy's Nikes: Police
A teenager was robbed in Severn Monday by two youths who demanded his shoes, or else.

A Severn teenager was robbed for his Nike shoes Monday afternoon by teens who reportedly threatened to beat him up, police say.
Anne Arundel County Police say the robbery happened just before 3:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of Annapolis Road in Severn.
A boy reported that he and a friend were walking through the parking lot when they were approached from behind by two teenage boys. The suspects demanded the victim’s Nike shoes, and threatened to assault him if he did not give up his shoes.

The suspects then fled on foot west on F Street. The victim was not hurt.
A search of the area for suspects was unsuccessful.

Police describe the suspects as: a black male teenager 5’ 1”, 140 pounds, wearing a black hoodie and gray pants; and a black male teenager 5’10” 150 pounds, wearing a red and black jacket, black pants and gray shoes.
