Maryland Live Casino Theft Scheme Foiled: Police

A 44-year-old Ellicott City man has been charged with 6 theft-related counts after attempting to cash fake vouchers at a Hanover casino.

HANOVER, MD — A 44-year-old Ellicott City man has been arrested and charged with six theft-related counts after police say he printed five fraudulent vouchers and personally cashed them at Maryland Live Casino between Sept. 26 and Oct. 6.

Ronald Dejesus Dalisay used vouchers worth a total of $14,500. He has been charged with five counts of theft ($1,500 to under $25,000) and theft scheme ($1,500 to less than $25,000).
