Community Update

Knowing that sometimes equipment is not available I made a reservation several days ahead for a earth auger. Spoke with Scott. I was told that if there was an issue with availability on rental day I would be called in advance. I made the reservation specifically for a Saturday so I could take advantage of their advertised one day hold over for no charge. I got to Bay Rental at 1230 for a 1:00 pickup. I dealt directly with Scott who didn't even have me in the book for the reservation. LAME. Then he goes into the back and returns to tell me the two earth augers they have are broken. VERY LAME. Then he tells me to go to Home Depot. Didn't even offer me some sort of discount on a future rental as a way to make up for their ineptness.
