4 Businesses Coming To St. Thomas Shopping Center

OWINGS MILLS, MD — An Owings Mills shopping center will welcome four new tenants over the next year.

Boston Market, Michaels, Next Door Pharmacy and uBreakiFix will move in to the St. Thomas Shopping Center, according to the shopping center's developer.

This fall, Next Door Pharmacy, uBreakiFix and Boston Market are slated to arrive at the complex in the 9900 block of Reisterstown Road.

Michaels will occupy 23,045 square feet near Baltimore Sports & Novelty, according to Greenberg Gibbons, which manages the shopping center. The company announced on Wednesday that the new businesses were coming, noting that Michaels would arrive in fall 2022.

The 1,600-square-foot pharmacy will also be next to Baltimore Sports & Novelty.

Next to the pharmacy will be the electronics repair store in another 1,600-square-foot space.

Boston Market will be adjacent to M&T Bank in a 2,000-square-foot space.

Other tenants already at St. Thomas Shopping Center include H&R Block, Lenscrafters, Mezcal and Starbucks.

“Michaels, especially, is a highly anticipated addition that will become a new anchor for the center," Eric Walter, president of Greenberg Gibbons, said in a statement.

St. Thomas Shopping Center lost its anchor tenant when the Giant supermarket closed there in August 2019, as a new Giant opened in Mill Station, where the Owings Mills Mall used to be.

“We are excited to expand our list of high-quality retailers at St. Thomas Shopping Center," Walter said, "and continue to provide visitors with a variety of shopping and dining choices in a convenient location."
