• Baltimore County breaks ground on first public splash pad at Northwest Regional Park (nottinghammd.com) — A new 2,700-square-foot splash pad is coming to Northwest Regional Park in Owings Mills, giving local families the county's first public water play area by summer 2028. Backed by a $2 million state grant, the project also adds shaded seating, accessible restrooms with family facilities, upgraded paths, lighting, and stormwater improvements around the Ravens-themed playground.

That was clear in joint practices vs. Vikings (nytimes.com) — Ravens coaches and players say recent joint practices in Minnesota confirmed what they've seen all summer at the team's Owings Mills training facility: the defense is well ahead of the offense.
