
Baltimore Humane Society is holding a raffle to help support operations at its no-kill shelter in Reisterstown.ย For $10, anyone can purchase a raffle ticket to Bโmore Humaneโs Raffle of Champions for a chance to win season tickets to the Baltimore Ravens.ย Raffle tickets can be purchased online at http://bhs.raffleready.com/raffle-of-champions.
Ticket prices start at $10 with various price breaks for quantity purchases.ย For instance, 5 tickets are only $45, ten tickets are $85, and so forth. Grand prize is a pair of season tickets to the Baltimore Ravens football team.ย Second prize is an autographed 8x10 picture of Ray Rice, and third prize is a Superbowl XLVII football.ย ย
The big winners, of course, are all the homeless animals being cared for at Baltimore Humane Society.ย The no-kill shelterโs operations are not funded by any local or federal governments or any national animal welfare organizations including the Humane Society of the U.S.ย So the proceeds from the raffle are a critical part of our fundraising.ย ย
