Take small scoops with your shovel- Don’t try to lift a lot of snow at once Bend and lift with your knees not your back Don’t wait till the snow has completely stopped falling- shovel every couple of hours Stretch before hand – just like you would before working out Take frequent breaks Don’t over dress- becoming over heated could be damaging to your overall health.
