FOUND: Boy Missing from Owings Mills

An 11-year-old boy who went missing without coat or shoes has been found, police say.

UPDATE: The missing 11-year-old has been found, according to police, who said he was safe and unharmed.

The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for help finding an 11-year-old who is missing in Owings Mills and is not wearing a coat or shoes.

Dulaney Otiano, 11, is described as an African American boy who is 5’3” tall, 99 pounds with short hair, and he was wearing jean shorts and a black shirt with blue sleeves that had a cartoon on the front.

He has no shoes, no coat and no cell phone, according to police.

Otiano was last seen at his home in the 4900 block of Dromoland Court in Owings Mills after 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13, police said.
